Return and Exchange Policy
At Al Safaa Jewellery, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and exceptional service. To ensure your satisfaction, we have the following return and exchange policy, applicable to both online and in-store purchases.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
• Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase if they meet the following conditions:
• The item is damaged, defective, or does not match the description (per Australian Consumer Law requirements).
• The item is incorrect (e.g., the wrong product was delivered or purchased).
• The item is approved for discretionary return (e.g., change-of-mind), subject to store credit issuance.
To qualify, items must be:
• In their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached.
• Returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit for returns approved outside of legal obligations.
For products that are damaged, defective, or otherwise covered under consumer law, refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless the customer agrees to store credit.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
• Custom or personalized jewellery (e.g., bespoke designs, engravings).
• Sale items and gift cards.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
• In-Store Purchases: Return your item to the original store location where the purchase was made, along with your receipt.
• Online Purchases: Contact us at info@alsafaajewellery.com to request a return. Upon approval, you will be provided with a return address and shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your purchase is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Refunds for EU customers will be issued to the original payment method, as required by law.
